Automatic L type shrinking sealing packaging machine is a fully automatic shrink packaging machine including L sealer and shrink tunnel which can feed products, seal and cut film and shrink film bag automatically. It is widely used in food, pharmaceutical, stationary, toy, auto parts, cosmetics, printing, hardware, electrical appliances and other industry.
1. Sealing knife is high temperature resistant aluminium alloy knife. Sealing knife will not crack, coke, smoke and pollution.
2. Equipped with photoelectric detection, horizontal and vertical detection of each group, easy to switch between options, for thin and small packaging, can easily complete the sealing packaging operation.
3. Automatic feeding, length can also be automatically adjusted through the combination of electro-eye and timer. Equipped with induction motor, automatic scrap coiling.
4. When the size of the package changes, the adjustment is very simple, and there is no need to change the mould and bag maker.
5. Products of different sizes can also be packaged in combination to achieve promotional effect.
6.The sealing temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, and can be set at will. There is no need to worry about inaccurate temperature damage to products. Sealing knife itself also has automatic protection function to effectively prevent miscutting packaging.
7. The sealing and cutting part of the machine is equipped with a plexiglass protective cover and has an automatic alarm function, which greatly improves the safety of operators.
