Automatic double heads card paper carton box flat surface labeling machine is specially used to label on the corners of carton's top surface & the side surface, and is used to warn not to open the cases. It is mainly used for the packaging of poker, electric products and medicine, and can also be used together with the flat labeling machine to have the continuous labeling, so ensure that the labeling of the sealing is complete. The machine can also be used together with the encasing machine.

For the small box labeling machine, the pasting is strong, and labels will not fall off. If labels are on the top surface, roller is used to press, and if on the sides, brush is used to paste firmly. The labeling is beautiful. There is a top pressing mechanism. The box feeding is stable, and the labeling effect is excellent.

Labeling machine to label production requirements:

1. Roller self-adhesive label, inner core diameter 76mm, outer diameter 250mm;

2. The interval between the label and the label is 2~4mm, and the edge of the label bottom paper is 2~4mm;

3. The bottom paper of the label is made of the bottom paper of Glassine, and the bottom paper cannot be cut;

According to the characteristics of the product itself, the lifting platform + mechanical hand-feeding method can be used to prevent scratching products, or the suction type conveyor belt can be selected to prevent the light/thin product from being deflected during transportation.

The method of rolling is adopted, and the label is sent by the labeling head to the product during the conveying process, and the labeling and labeling are completed. Adjustable within the labeling range, the labeling head can be up and down, left and right, front and rear, and the tilt is adjustable, which is very convenient.
